Before you open an account
How do I open an account?
Choose a tier, fill in the sign-up form and confirm your email. The account is created straight away; trading with real funds starts once verification is complete.
What do I need to verify my identity?
A government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months. Most checks finish within one business day.
How long do deposits and withdrawals take?
Card and e-wallet deposits are credited within minutes. Withdrawals are processed on the schedule of your tier and then depend on your bank, usually one to three business days.
Can I change my account type later?
Yes. Top up to the next tier’s minimum and the conditions change with your next trading session — you keep the same account, history and positions.
Are client funds held separately?
Yes. Client money sits in segregated accounts at tier-one banks, apart from the company’s own funds, and is reconciled daily.
Which markets can I trade?
