Who Aptus Invest is, the scope of the services offered, how client money is held and how to raise a complaint.

This document is part of the agreement between you and the company named in the regulatory information page. Read it together with the other documents linked in the footer.
1. Company details
Aptus Invest operates the website and the trading platform described on this site. Its registered office and correspondence address appear on the contact page, and its company registration details are available on request.
The services described here are offered only in jurisdictions where they may lawfully be provided, and the platform applies the leverage and product limits that apply to your place of residence.
2. Scope of services
We provide an execution-only trading service in crypto, forex, stocks, indices and commodities. We do not provide portfolio management, and we do not give personal investment recommendations.
A product available in one country may not be available in another, and a feature described on this site may be limited or withdrawn where local rules require it.
3. Client funds
Client money is held in segregated accounts at tier-one banking partners, separate from the company’s own funds, and is reconciled daily. Segregation protects client balances from being used for the company’s business.
Segregation is not a deposit-guarantee scheme, and it does not protect you against trading losses.
4. Conflicts of interest
We maintain a policy that identifies conflicts between us and our clients, and between one client and another, and sets out how each is managed or, where it cannot be managed, disclosed.
Staff dealing is monitored, and remuneration is not linked to the trading losses of any client.
5. Complaints
Write to [email protected] with your account reference and what happened. We acknowledge a complaint within two business days and aim to answer in full within fifteen business days.
If you remain dissatisfied, the response will name the external body you may escalate to and the deadline for doing so.
